Biography: Eng. Wadie comes from a family with a strong background in education, with more than 55 years of experience in managing schools in Kuwait and abroad. He held many roles in the educational sector, from board member of several educational enterprises and member of the team responsible for the restructuring of AlEkhlas National School to Chief Operations Officer and School Director at the International School of Kuwait. Eng. Wadie completed his B.S. in Engineering, his M.A. in Engineering Project Management from the University of Leads-UK and his M.B.A. from Kuwait University.

Biography: Mr Rahil served as an Educational Development and Quality assurance Officer. His experience as an educator extends to over 30 years. His experience in education includes teacher, head of department, vice principal, principal, university adjunct instructor, and educational consultant. He served in different countries in the Middle East including Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. Mr. Rahil served as an Educational Consultant and Territory Manager at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt International Publishers by providing school consultancy, pre and post training. Mr. Rahil attended and organized educational conferences, contributed to educational institutions’ academic growth by developing better curriculum and instructional practices. Mr. Rahil completed his B.A. in English language and literature, M.A. in educational leadership, and academic counselor certificate from the British Council.
I am proud to extend my thirty years plus experience to empower students, teachers and parents to achieve high academic level to meet the 21 st century requirements. As a school we believe in preparing the whole learner to become independent and responsible in an attractive safe nurturing inclusive educational environment.
Having a qualified interdisciplinary staff who takes into consideration the learners’ individual differences, learners will have the opportunity to develop critical thinking skills and become independent through inquiry-based and problem-based curricula.
